"Lanyard Spur"

I had a small piece left from a bar end the last time I made some Cubes, so I put it aside for awhile.
Finally got an idea as to what to do with it, and here it is.
I'm calling it a "Lanyard Spur"
It's 1.00 across the star points X .201 thick, with a .250 diameter thru hole.
Let me know what you all think, should I make more?
Red Brass?
Stainless?
Titanium? Oh yeah I got Titanium....hehehe.

    I left it on the coffee table, and it seems Spedward the cat used it for a hockey puck lastnight.
